I have a good deal of experience managing web development projects. I tend to be quite organized, which comes in handy when I handle these projects. As a result, I’m quite familiar with Agile methodologies and various project management tools like Jira, Clickup, Microsoft Planner, Asana, and more.
MY JOURNEY
I began my career as a team member of Incoming Global Volunteer in AIESEC, where I developed my teamwork and communication skills. From there, I worked as a Business Analyst Intern at Apparatus Solutions, where I gained practical experience working in a professional environment. I was then promoted to Junior Business Analyst and eventually Senior Business Analyst, where I led cross-functional teams and managed projects from conception to completion.
Progression and Leadership
My dedication and hard work earned me successive promotions from an Intern to Junior Business Analyst and eventually Senior Business Analyst. Where I led cross-functional teams and managed projects from conception to completion. Handling tasks like gathering requirements, creating wireframes, designing roadmaps, and executing the same for the smooth flow of the project.
Wonder why a gap?
For a growth
I began working during my first year of college, but managing both work and studies became challenging. As a result, I took a 15-month break to prioritize my education. During this time, I pursued courses in WordPress web development (non-code), website optimization, and SEO to enhance my skills along with freelance projects.
A Creative Edge
Beyond the realm of business analyst, I’m also a freelance E-Learning Content Writer, where I leverage my creativity and instructional design skills to develop engaging and effective e-learning content.
Two Sides of the Same Coin
As a business analyst, I possess skills that enable me to break down complex problems into manageable parts and develop effective solutions. These same skills come in handy when writing e-learning content on science, as I am able to delve into scientific concepts, analyze them, and present them in a way that is easily understandable for learners.
My versatile skill set includes
1. Requirements gathering and documentation
2. Roadmap design and execution
3. Wireframing and UI/UX collaboration
4. Harmonious collaboration with cross-functional teams spanning IT, Design, Content, and Digital Marketing
5. Proficiency in WordPress along with rigorous testing methodologies
6. Website optimization and SEO
7. Figma for creating designs
8. Concept writing for e-learning simulations
